Okay, some people comfortable naked around each other with families, friends, guests, females and some aren't. Either you are nudist, exhibitionist or just confident with your body. Especially naked around each other as father and son, that's next level bonding, i have to say.

First i will answer the question of this post, yes, i have naked with my dad, but when i was a kid, i was taking a bath with my dearly departed father, my father was a soldier, rear infantry.
